The Molasky Corporate Center won The Building of the Year Award for an Office Building 250,000 to 499,999 square feet at the annual BOMA Nevada TOBY Gala. More than 200 commercial real industry members and their guests attended the event on November 7, 2015 at the majestic M Resort & Casino.
Also at the event, real estate developer Mark Fine and BOMA Nevada’s out-going president Anna Juarez presented Irwin Molasky, founder and chairman of the Molasky Group of Companies, with the 2015 BOMA Leadership Award for a lifetime of achievement in real estate.
