Atlanta, GA – A new headquarters for the FBI Milwaukee Division, the headquarters for all FBI operations in Wisconsin, is now open. Developed by The Molasky Group of Companies, the campus includes an 83,000 RSF, four-story Class A building and parking facility built to LEED Gold standards. It is the fifth divisional field office that the Molasky Group has developed for the FBI
Located at 3600 S. Lake Drive in the City of St, Francis, the project included a major renovation of 65,000 RSF of existing space, the addition of 18,000 RSF, a covered parking facility and federal security upgrades. Molasky’s team included general contractor Kraus Anderson of Minneapolis, MN, andproject architect, HGA Architects of Minneapolis and Milwaukee, and structural/physical security engineer, Weidlinger Associates.
“It is a privilege and honor to provide the FBI Milwaukee Division with a state-of-the art facility built for its specialized mission. Bringing the FBI to this unique location and completing a major property redevelopment was a tremendous success, in large part due to the close collaboration and partnership with GSA, FBI, and the City of St. Francis. ,” says Matt Connolly, Senior Vice President of Development for the Molasky Group. Connolly served as development executive for the $45MM project that began in 2014.

The FBI, General Services Adminstration (GSA) and The Molasky Group will officially open the building at a ribbon cutting ceremony in June.
