The building, to be located on Solutions Parkway near Sunset Road and Durango Drive, will cost $23MM to develop and is one of the first projects to be done in the UNLV Harry Reid Research & Technology Park.
Catamaran Rx is entering into a long-term lease for a facility that will house a workforce of 450 qualified, versatile, flexible and diverse employees. The project will bring approximately 200 construction jobs to the valley.
